Tennessee: Terror-linked CAIR gets legal watchdog fired tweets that violate the sharia

Reminder: CAIR is listed as a terrorist organization in the UAE. They should be in the U.S. as well.

Little did Morgan know how prophetic his 2015 tweet would become five years later:

A legal ethics watchdog resigned after a lawyer he was investigating slammed him as an “anti-Muslim bigot.”

In a court filing Friday, the state board that punishes lawyers for misconduct said Jerry Morgan was “no longer employed” as a disciplinary counsel. Morgan had played a prominent role in punishing lawyers for misconduct as disciplinary counsel for the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility.

His split with the board came after a Nashville lawyer said Morgan couldn’t do his job effectively because of multiple social media posts he made criticizing Muslims and the Islamic faith.

Morgan made a slew of disparaging comments against Muslims on Twitter, praising President Donald Trump for “stopping Muslims” and “talking big against Muslims,” according to a Nov. 24 court filing. Morgan said Islam was not a peaceful religion and made comments linking the faith with violence and “Muslim terrorists,” the filing stated.

Morgan had argued in favor of sanctions against Nashville lawyer Brian Manookian, who was suspended from practicing law last year after the Board of Professional Responsibility said he violated ethics rules by sending threatening emails.

But Manookian’s attorney Daniel Horwitz argued his bias against Muslims tainted his judgement in the case because Manookian’s wife and children are Muslim.

“Allowing an extreme anti-Muslim bigot — whom Tennessee’s Board of Professional Responsibility has inexplicably employed and permitted to maintain prosecutions on our Supreme Court’s behalf — to undertake a prosecution against an attorney who has a Muslim family shakes confidence in the integrity of this entire proceeding,” Horwitz wrote in the court filing.

The filing argues that Morgan’s social media posts also show “extreme prejudice toward minorities,” including “disturbing views on ‘blacks,’ ‘illegals’ and their children, and the ‘slave’ mentality of minorities.” The filing stated Morgan also “has made countless statements evidencing extreme prejudice against ‘liberals,’ ‘Democrats,’ and attorneys who support the Democratic Party in particular.”

The Administrative Office of the Courts launched an investigation into Morgan and his social media posts. A spokeswoman for the office said Friday night that Morgan had resigned.

In a statement Friday afternoon, Horwitz said Morgan’s “apparent termination” was driven by bad publicity rather than the content of his social media posts. He said the “rot within this government agency is not limited to Mr. Morgan.”…

Trump removes Sudan from list of state sponsors of terrorism

Remember, during the Obama administration, Sudan split into two countries - North and South Sudan because of Muslim persecution of Christians in the south.

US Embassy says Sudan no longer on list of terror sponsors

The U.S. Embassy in Khartoum said Monday that President Donald Trump’s administration has removed Sudan from the U.S. list of state sponsors of terrorism, a move that could help the African country get international loans to revive its battered economy and end its pariah status.

The U.S. Embassy in Khartoum said in a Facebook post that the removal of Sudan was effective as of Monday, and that a notification to that effect, signed by U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, would be published in the Federal Register. It said the 45-day congressional notification period has lapsed.

The designation of Sudan as a state sponsor of terrorism dates back to the 1990s, when Sudan briefly hosted al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden and other wanted militants. Sudan was also believed to have served as a pipeline for Iran to supply weapons to Palestinian militants in the Gaza Strip.

Delisting Sudan is also a key incentive for the government in Khartoum to normalize relations with Israel. The two countries have agreed to have full diplomatic ties, making Sudan the third Arab state — after the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain — to move to normalize relations with Israel this year. After Sudan, Morocco also established diplomatic ties with Israel.

Sudanese Gen. Abdel-Fattah Burhan, head of the ruling sovereign council, hailed the move as “historic decision” by Trump’s administration. He tweeted Monday that delisting Sudan would “contribute to supporting the democratic transition.”

Sudan is on a fragile transition to democracy following an uprising that led to the military’s ouster of former autocratic President Omar al-Bashir in April 2019. The county is now ruled by a joint military and civilian government that seeks better ties with Washington and the West.

In October, Trump announced that he would remove Sudan from the list if it follows through on its pledge to pay $335 million to American terror victims and their families. Sudan has agreed to pay compensation for victims of the 1998 bombings of the U.S. Embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, attacks carried out by al-Qaida while bin Laden was living in Sudan.

According to the October announcement, once the compensation money was deposited, Trump was to sign an order removing Sudan from the terrorism list on which it has languished under heavy American sanctions for 27 years.

Since Trump’s announcement, the Sudanese government also inked an agreement with the U.S. that could effectively stop any future compensation claims being filed against the African country in U.S. courts.

That deal restores in U.S. courts what is known as sovereign immunity to the Sudanese government. It would however enter into force after U.S. Congress passes legislation needed to implement the agreement. Khartoum has said the $335 million in compensation money would be held in an escrow account until then.

Muslims Invoke ‘Christian Passivity’ to Disarm Christians

Past and present, one of the least known – and, until the modern era, largely futile – tactics used by Muslims to disarm Christians has been to insist that Christianity is against warfare and violence in general.

The most recent Muslim to take on this mantle of Christian theologian is none other than Somalia-born Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn). Around November 18, after Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla) criticized Georgia Senate candidate Raphael Warnock for claiming that Christians could not serve both God and the military, Omar, the Muslim, turned to quoting – that is, misquoting – the Bible. In a tweet with an embarrassed face emoji, as if to suggest what Rubio was saying was so embarrassing – in fact, the emoji was appropriate, but more because of her spelling errors – she posted:

Mathews [sic] 6:24
No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and dmoney.’ [sic] The lies and smears of the GOP have no boundaries, but this is a disgrace and shameful.

Omar is hardly the first Muslim to try to manipulate Christian theology to Christians’ own detriment and disadvantage. For example, prior to the Crusader siege of Antioch in 1098, Muslim emissaries were sent to parley. They told the Europeans how their masters were “amazed that you should seek the Sepulchre of your lord as armed men, exterminating their people [Muslims] from long-held lands – indeed, butchering them at sword point, something pilgrims should not do.”

Of course, these diplomats said nothing about what “their people” had been doing to Christian subjects and pilgrims – that is, extorting, torturing, raping, and killing them – which is what occasioned the Crusades in the first place.

Similarly, Omar, who hails from a radically Islamic nation, Somalia – deemed the third worst persecutor of Christians in the world – would much rather scold Christians into disarming than have them resist violence, especially at the hands of Muslims.

In other words, she, like so many others, is an advocate of Doormat Christianity – a passive, nonjudgmental form of Christianity that deems lying down before an enemy virtuous. Muslims and other elements are persecuting innocents around the world? Show love and tolerance, turn the other cheek, say a prayer, and feel guilty for your own crimes – or even your ancestors’ crimes, is one of the dominant strains of this brand.

Doormat Christianity was regularly on display during Barack Hussein Obama’s presidency: “On Easter, I do reflect on the fact that as a Christian, I am supposed to love,” he said in 2015 – three days after a terror attack targeting Christians killed 147 people in Kenya, provoking a few American Christian groups to express anger. “And I have to say that sometimes when I listen to less than loving expressions by Christians, I get concerned.”

Similarly, during the National Prayer Breakfast on February 5, 2015, Obama directly invoked Doormat Christian tenets to shame Christians from being too critical of Islamic State atrocities: “Lest we get on our high horse and think this [Islamic beheadings, sex-slavery, crucifixion, roasting and burying humans alive] is unique to some other place,” the American president admonished, “remember that during the Crusades and the Inquisition, people committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ.”

Speaking of the Crusaders, how did they respond when Muslim diplomats expressed their shock that they, Christian pilgrims, had come with the sword? With more knowledge of Christian Just War theory than Omar, Obama, and their ilk would have us believe.

According to the account of Robert the Monk, with “one accord,” the crusaders replied:

No one with any sense should be surprised at us coming to the Sepulchre of Our Lord as armed men and removing your people from these territories. Any of our people who came here with staff and scrip [unarmed pilgrims] were insulted with abominable behavior, suffered the ignominy of poor treatment and in extreme cases were killed.

Thirty years earlier, and as just one of countless examples, a German pilgrim wrote of what the Muslims did to a “noble abbess of graceful body and of a religious outlook” who undertook a pilgrimage to Jerusalem: “The pagans captured her, and in the sight of all, these shameless men raped her until she breathed her last, to the dishonor of all Christians. Christ’s enemies performed such abuses and others like them on the Christians.”

Before the walls of Antioch, where the word “Christian” was first coined, the crusaders continued by noting that the land “belonged to our people [Christians] originally and your people [Muslims] attacked and maliciously took it away from them, which means it cannot be yours no matter how long you have had it.” Accordingly, “payback will be exercised by Frankish swords on your necks!”

The modern reader may find such an approach extreme, certainly “medieval.” But for the proponents of Doormat Christianity, nothing less than total capitulation will ever do. To quote Karen Armstrong, a former nun turned advocate for Islam, “During the 12th Century, Christians were fighting brutal holy wars against Muslims, even though Jesus had told his followers to love their enemies, not to exterminate them.”

In short, Christianity makes ample room for Just War – even as those who seek to subvert justice argue otherwise.

America’s “Interfaith” Outreach is Controlled by Jihadis

Have you wondered why so many American pastors say things about Islam which are objectively untrue or say nothing at all despite the fact Christians are being slaughtered around the world by muslims?

Like everything else we are experiencing these days, control of the narrative by muslims with regards to the understanding of Islam among Christian leaders and organizations is the intentional outcome of a long-term and well-coordinated effort by enemies of Jesus Christ.

In many cases, it is Christian Pastors letting the wolf in the door.

To set a few benchmarks down, lets compare the understanding of Jesus of Nazareth as taught in Christian and Islamic doctrine.

Christian doctrine teaches Jesus is the Son of God who is fully divine, and fully human, and is the Savior of the World. The Nicene Creed, the statement of faith for Christians accepted at the First Council of Nicaea in 325 AD, states, in part:

“I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Only Begotten Son of God, born of the Father before all ages. God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father; through him all things were made. For us men and for our salvation he came down from heaven, and by the Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary, and became man. For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate, he suffered death and was buried, and rose again on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead and his kingdom will have no end.”

Holy Scripture records Jesus himself said, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” (John 14:6)

In Islam, Jesus, like Adam, Noah, Abraham, and others, is a muslim prophet. Islam teaches – in the most authoritative hadith – that at the end of days Jesus will descend from heaven to kill all Jews and cast all Christians into hell for not converting to Islam.

Logic 101 teaches us an apple is an apple, and can only ever be an apple, never an orange.

Therefore, Christian pastors and Jewish rabbis who say “We all believe in the same God” are objectively wrong and can never be right.

The stated purpose of Islam, which is taught to eleven (11) year old children in U.S. Islamic schools as well as at the highest schools of Islamic jurisprudence, is to wage war against non-muslims until “Allah’s divine law”/sharia is imposed on all people on earth.

Are your pastors/rabbis teaching this? If not, why not?

How did pastors and rabbis become so clueless? One reason is that the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood owns the U.S. Interfaith Outreach movement.

The strategic center for the Muslim Brotherhood (MB), the International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT) is also at the center of Interfaith Outreach, and IIIT published Interfaith Outreach: A Guide for Muslims. In this publication the authors write, “We thank ISNA, especially Dr. Sayyid M. Syeed and Dr. Louay Safi, and that International Institute for Islamic Thought (IIIT) for their professional and moral support.”

ISNA (Islamic Society of North America) is identified by the Department of Justice as a Muslim Brotherhood organization which funds the designated Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) Hamas.

The Muslim Brotherhood’s publication, Methodology of Dawah, makes clear their devious use of Interfaith Outreach:

“The IMOA (Islamic Movement of America) will open dialogues with dignitaries of the religious institutions, presenting Islam as the common legacy of Judeo-Christian religions and as the only Guidance now available to mankind in its most perfect form for its Falah (Deliverance and Salvation). These talks must be held in a very friendly and non-aggressive atmosphere, as directed by Allah in the Quran as to how to talk with people of the scripture.”

As a reminder, Islamic Law (sharia) obliges muslims to lie to non-muslims when the goal is obligatory. Jihad is obligatory.

According to the Muslim Brotherhood, ISNA has the lead role for Interfaith Outreach, and the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), a Hamas entity, has “social justice” and civil rights aspects of the this hostile effort.

The purpose for all of the dialogue, outreach, interaction, and “togetherness” conducted by the Muslim Brotherhood is dissemination, intelligence collection, and control of the narrative. It has nothing to do with “Interfaith Outreach.”

Hamas-linked, UAE-terror listed CAIR now projects 62 Muslims won seats in November 2020 elections

An update on our previous post wherein the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood groups projected winning 57 seats in the recent elections.

They have now upped that projection to 62. Per a CAIR report:

KEY RESEARCH FINDINGS
170 Muslim Candidates in 28 states and Washington D.C. ran for public office in 2020, the highest number we have recorded.
62 were successfully elected to office. In comparison, 49 Muslim candidates were elected to public office in 2019, and 57 in 2018 (the previous high mark in our record).
33 incumbents were re-elected in 2020 with no one losing their seats.
48 Muslims ran for state legislatures in 22 states with 23 winning. At least six made history as the first ever elected to a state office in their state.
A total of 22 Muslims ran for congress in 14 states. 5 made it to the general election with 3 winning reelection. First-time candidate, Mike Siegel, lost a close race to represent the 10th Congressional District in Texas.
A total of 35 candidates who ran for a seat on a School Committee or Board of Education, 12 successfully winning seats. The number of elected candidates could rise as votes continue to be counted.
16 ran for county positions in 10 states, with 6 winning their election in 5 states.
13 Muslims won municipal seats.
6 ran for judicial seats with 4 winning.
Although American Muslims are running across the country, some states stood out: 27 ran in Minnesota; 22 in California; 22 in New Jersey; 19 in Michigan; and 9 in Massachusetts

And that number could grow:

108 were either not elected or are in races that are too close to call due to a large number of ballots yet to be counted.

Of course, that number could also shrink pending fraud investigations.

Many of the elected are in Muslim immigrant/refugee enclaves where voter fraud is rampant (Minnesota, Ohio, Michigan, New Jersey, etc.).

Whistelblowers in Minnesota already exposed multiple fraud efforts and a New Jersey judge declared an election invalid due to mail-in voter fraud. Yet the brother of one of the perps won an election there.

In Texas, a Muslim mayoral candidate was arrested on 10+ felony voter fraud charges.

…CAIR consistently refuses to condemn any terror attacks committed by Hezbollah or Hamas. Making this refusal explicit, in 2004, CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad said, “If they want us to condemn a liberation movement inside Palestine or inside Lebanon they should condemn Israel dozens of times on all levels at all times, and we will not condemn any organization.”
Seven CAIR leaders have been convicted on terrorism charges. One of the convicted terrorists, Ghassen Elashi, had two jobs. Together with his brother in law, Hamas leader Mussa Abu Marzouk, Elashi founded the Holyland Foundation for Relief and Development, (HLF). HLF was Hamas’s fundraising arm in the US He was also the founding director of CAIR’s Texas branch. Following 9/11, federal authorities began investigating HLF and its ties to Hamas and in 2004, HLF was indicted for transferring millions of dollars to the Palestinian terror group. It was found guilty in 2007, and Elashi was sentenced to 65 years in prison. CAIR was named in the trial as an unindicted co-conspirator.
Senate Democratic Minority Leader Charles Schumer noted in 2003, “CAIR, we know has ties to terrorism…Prominent members of CAIR’s current leadership also have intimate connections with Hamas.”
One of the means CAIR uses to block criticism of jihadist Islam is intimidation. Rejecting criticism of Islam as “Islamophobic” opponents of the group risk being labeled as “hate groups” by CAIR or its allies if they dare to speak out against CAIR’s positions and goals. For instance, in 2014, CAIR waged a very public campaign to cancel showings on college campuses of “Honor Diaries“, a documentary by Muslim women exposing the cruelty suffered by women and girls in Islamic societies. The same year, CAIR compelled Brandeis University to cancel its plan to confer an honorary degree on Muslim feminist and human rights activist Ayaan Hirsi Ali.
Likewise, CAIR disparages and seeks to delegitimize counterterrorism investigations and investigators as “Islamophobic. A civil suit filed by the estate of 9/11 victim and former high-ranking FBI counter-terrorism agent John O’Neill, Sr. asserted that CAIR’s goal “is to create as much self-doubt, hesitation, fear of name-calling, and litigation within police departments and intelligence agencies as possible so as to render such authorities ineffective in pursuing international and domestic terrorist entities.”

SCOTUS rules 8-0 that Muslim immigrants - who claim placed on No-Fly list for not becoming informants - can sue FBI agents

The US Supreme Court today cleared the path for three American Muslim men to sue several FBI agents whom they accused of placing them on the government’s ‘no-fly list’ for refusing to become informants, rejecting a challenge to the lawsuit by President Donald Trump’s administration.

In an 8-0 decision, the justices upheld a lower court ruling allowing the men, all US citizens or permanent residents who were born abroad, to sue for money damages under a 1993 federal law called the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

The men said they refused to spy on US Muslim communities as allegedly requested by the FBI agents because doing so would have violated their religious beliefs.

The 1993 law was aimed at ensuring that the government had compelling reasons to substantially burden any person’s exercise of religion. The case hinged on a part of the law that provided for 'appropriate relief against a government,’ without defining what type of relief may be appropriate.

'The question here is whether “appropriate relief” includes claims for money damages against government officials in their individual capacities. We hold that it does,’ wrote conservative Justice Clarence Thomas, who authored the ruling.

The case, which began in 2013, involves New York City residents Muhammad Tanvir and Jameel Algibhah and Connecticut resident Naveed Shinwari. They said they were put on the no-fly list despite no evidence showing they threatened airline or passenger safety. The men’s separate encounters with the FBI spanned from 2007 to 2012.

Their inclusion on the no-fly list meant they could not visit family in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Yemen, sometimes for years. They said the actions of the FBI agents harmed their reputations and cost them employment.

In a statement released in 2015, Albighah, whose wife and three daughters lived in Yemen at the time, said being on the list proved agonizing.

'They messed up my life,’ he said. 'My youngest daughter doesn’t even know me.’

As the lawsuit progressed, the government told the men there was 'no reason’ why any of the three could not take flights, indicating that they did not remain on the no-fly list.

A trial judge had thrown out the claims, but the Manhattan-based 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeals in 2018 revived the case, ruling that the law allows individual federal officers to be sued for damages.

In its appeal to the Supreme Court, the Justice Department said that the 2nd Circuit ruling, if allowed to stand, would clear the way for a slew of lawsuits against countless federal employees that could deter them from performing their duties. These employees, it said, included national security officials, criminal investigators and correctional officers.

Justice Amy Coney Barrett, a Trump appointee who was not a member of the court when the case was argued in October, did not take part in the decision.

New Jersey: Bin Laden spokesman granted early compassionate Covid release by Clinton-appointed judge; deported…to UK

Osama bin Laden’s spin doctor is walking the streets of Britain again today after being released from a US prison because he is too fat to be locked up safely amid the pandemic.
Adel Abdel Bary, 60, was jailed over the devastating 1998 attacks on US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania that killed 224 people.
But the terror propagandist won early ‘mercy’ release because his morbid obesity and asthma puts him at risk of Covid.
He walked free from a customs enforcement detention facility in New Jersey on Tuesday and flew back to London yesterday.
The Egyptian national, whose son is an ISIS jihadi rapper, has returned to live with his wife Ragaa, 59, at their £1 million council flat in Maida Vale.
He was charged with 285 offences, but pleaded guilty to just a handful, including threatening to kill by means of explosive and conspiracy to murder US citizens abroad.
The terrorist, who leased London offices in Kilburn Lane for bin Laden’s propaganda activities, had 16 years taken off due to the time he had spent on remand.
He was born in Egypt but was granted asylum in Britain in 1991.
David Cameron’s government is reported to have struck a deal with Washington to accept Bary back into Britain upon his release to avoid a human rights breach.
A security source told The Sun: 'His return remains a huge headache for the Home Secretary.
He is the father of ISIS jihadi Abdel-Majed Abdel, who was arrested in Spain after travelling to Syria where he posed with the severed head of an Assad regime soldier.
Bary’s lawyers had argued earlier this year that his morbid obesity was an 'extraordinary and compelling’ reason to let him go.
The judge agreed that he should be released on compassionate grounds because the coronavirus was a great risk to his health, given his obesity and asthma.
He will not be placed under Terrorism Prevention and Investigation Measures because he has already served his sentence.
Sources told The Sun he will almost certainly claim welfare from the state and be granted security monitoring for his safety, costing the taxpayer tens of thousands.
After Bary was granted asylum he became the London cell leader of Egyptian Islamic Jihad – a terror group which merged with al-Qaeda.
Following the August 1998 African embassy bombings, Bary was responsible for transmitting claims of responsibility to the media.
His 29-year-old son was captured by Spanish authorities in April this year after trying to sneak into the southern town of Almeria from north Africa.
He was stripped of his British citizenship after fighting for Islamic State in Iraq and Syria.
Bary was arrested in the UK in 1999 and extradited to the States in 2012 where he struck a plea deal which ended with him being sentenced to 25 years behind bars.

It’s been over a month since the election, and all is not well in Mudville. The home team fights round the clock to prove that the challenger cheated, and the challenger makes no effort to calm fears or address concerns — just continues naming cronies and planning not just to take over the ballpark, but to change the rules for the entire sport.

For those who care, the internet still exists, and there are more sites than Twitter, Facebook and news services out there where the truth actually matters. So why does anyone have to search for the truth? Investigations and impeachments have been blasted forcefully into our faces for years, thanks to the author of the MSM’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Joseph Goebbels, of Third Reich fame, who said, “The most brilliant propagandist technique will yield no success unless one fundamental principle is borne in mind constantly — it must confine itself to a few points and repeat them over and over. … A lie told once remains a lie but a lie told a thousand times becomes the truth.” It appears he also wrote the SOPs for Facebook, one of which is clearly “propaganda works best when those who are being manipulated are confident they are acting on their own free will.”

Now, all across the MSM, Biden’s “victory” consequences are given the fait accompli treatment. We should all just behave and accept reality. It sounds and reads like this: “Trump is baselessly contesting the results.” "Trump campaign court cases have been thrown out due to baseless claims.“ All the "doing” is from the Trump side, and it’s wasting everyone’s time. The Democrats haven’t done a thing, obviously. They are the innocent victims, once again, of Trump’s craziness. "Meanwhile, President-Elect Biden saw his shadow again today.“

There is nothing baseless about what happened. It’s clear the Democrats planned this for quite some time, focusing on the battleground states, and centrally synchronizing and executing their Transition Integrity Project war-gamed plan. They prepped the battlefield with lawsuits all across the country to remove any teeth in election laws, thus making the commission of fraud much easier and its discovery much harder. And here is what they did. And here. And here. And here. More here. Just check it out. I recommend getting a head start and caring now; otherwise, it will be a big shock when you care later, and you will certainly care later.

So there’s a growing mountain of evidence that President Trump was re-elected. If the election had been conducted according to existing laws, there would be no question. If only legal ballots were counted, there would be no question. If the Democrats hadn’t fabricated so many illegal votes, there would be no question. But there is a question, and it’s this: how are we going to make this right? This is no conspiracy theory; it’s a real conspiracy, across many states, involving the highest levels of Democrat elected officials, down to hapless election volunteers just following directions. It was a conspiracy to steal the federal election for Joe Biden or, in other words, to remove Donald Trump from office, something Democrats have been openly trying to do for at least four years.

All the guilty Democrats believe that if they act the propaganda out, it will actually happen. Why don’t they call for transparency? Because they don’t want it. It will expose them for what they are. Don’t they want to eliminate the cloud of illegitimacy in the election? No, because they built it; it’s about power, not legitimacy. What about their reputations in being associated with a fraudulent election? They don’t care what we think of them; they want their shot at wielding power and getting rich from taxpayer dollars, book deals, and speaking fees. There is no MAGA in what the Democrats did, nor in what they plan to do. If they are allowed to do it, there will be no America left to make great.

Like the home title theft commercials, this is entire country and cultural theft. Every MAGA policy will be reversed if Biden is allowed to take the Oval Office. He will make America weak again, dependent upon others again, full of Made in China again, and friends to jihadists again — it’ll be Obama II, the narcissistic pronoun president again. "I,” “Me,” and “My” will dominate every speech again, which will repeatedly lecture to us, “That’s not who we are,” as something we absolutely are is insulted in favor of some more egalitarian socialist-globalist replacement. Under a Democrat administration, “we” real Americans who love “our” nation and don’t want “our” prosperity given to China so Hunter Biden can get rich again will slowly watch “our” Constitution, freedom, history, democracy, tradition, and independence chip away.

Because the Democrats are so self-centered, they have framed the governance of the U.S. as them versus Donald Trump. They have fought everything Trump because he has fought their corruption with his promise to “Drain the Swamp.” But this is much bigger than Donald Trump, and he has openly said so. It’s not whether he wins or loses this election; it’s whether the U.S. ever again holds a free and fair election. To the Democrats, it’s “Donald Trump’s investigations can destroy many of us in the next four years and we’ll never win another election” versus “Donald Trump goes away, and so do his investigations of Democrat crimes (and as a bonus, Joe Biden will let us do whatever we want and we’ll ensure we never again lose an election).” In framing it in such a way, the Democrats’ thirst for power at all costs created the circumstances whereby they couldn’t succeed without doing grave damage to the country. That’s where we are, with our election system shattered, void of the electorate’s trust, and those who did the damage potentially and ironically poised as the only ones who can fix it. The epitome of “the fix is in.”

In the end, it comes down to this: what does it mean to have right versus wrong, corrupt versus honest, truth versus lies, fair versus stolen all work out backwards? The last place on Earth the rest of the world would have thought that possible is right here. "Our" America. Abraham Lincoln said, “We shall nobly save, or meanly lose, the last best hope of earth.” He was talking about slavery, an evil that needed to be purged from our nation, lest we lose our nation altogether.

There are many evils, but today the foremost evil we must address is the Democrat party’s corruption of our national election. We all know what happened, and what the right thing is. We need to fix it. Now. The details and the prison terms can be figured out later.

Boston: Obama-appointed judge revokes qualified immunity for JTTF members who shot jihadi who plotted to behead conservative blogger

Talwani is the daughter of Indian and German immigrants, was appointed by Hussein Obama, and ruled against ICE.

Joint Terrorism Task Force members who shot domestic terrorist lose qualified immunity thanks to Boston judge

BOSTON, MA – In 2015, officers on the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) made contact with suspected domestic terrorist Usaamah Rahim.

During the encounter, Rahim drew a knife and was shot and killed by members of the task force. Although the shooting was ruled justified self-defense in 2016, a federal judge has just allowed the officers to be sued, denying them qualified immunity.

Rahimah Rahim, the mother of Usaamah Rahim, has been working to sue the police officers who killed her son. Rahimah intends to sue the FBI agent and the Boston police officer for unreasonable search and seizure, a move that was blocked until December 2. That is when a federal judge denied the officers qualified immunity and allowed the lawsuit to move forward.

The ruling by U.S. District Court Judge Indira Talwani allows the lawsuit to move forward to a discovery phase where both sides can request evidence from the other as they prepare for a potential jury. Talwani, in her decision, said that it was important that the officers considered “less hurried decisions made leading up to that moment.”

Talwani believes that Rahimah was not given the opportunity to question the officers or review any facts related to whether or not the shooting of Usaamah was justified.

A grand jury has already reviewed all facts and video evidence of the shooting and determined the shooting was justified, but Talwani does not believe that investigation was enough to justify the shooting.

After hearing of the decision, Rahimah said: “It gave me hope that if she’s looking at it that closely and giving us a chance to see some of the things or question some of the things and find those missing pieces and bring them to light, that there’s a chance for us to get justice for Usaamah.”

The incident stemmed from a terrorism investigation in which Usaamah and another person had plotted to behead conservative blogger Pamela Geller. They allegedly wanted to kill her because of a cartoon contest on her site featuring Muhammad.

Instead of following through on finding and beheading Geller, Usaamah focused on killing police officers because he did not want to wait any longer to commit bloodshed. One of Usaamah’s accomplices, David Wright, AKA Dawud Sharif Abdul Khaliq, allegedly told the FBI that he was aware of Usaamah’s intentions to kill police officers.

When members of the JTTF, which was comprised of federal and local officers, became aware of threats made to law enforcement and murders of police officers planned to occur within two days of their receiving the information, they decided time was of the essence and Usaamah Rahim needed to be interviewed. Officers conducted surveillance and located him as he was walking near a CVS in Boston.

When officers approached him and identified who they were, Usaamah pulled what was described as a military-styled knife and turned to face them. Officers drew their firearms and gave Usaamah repeated orders to stand down and to drop the knife, all of which he ignored.

Officers attempted to retreat before they were ultimately forced to fire. A Boston officer and an FBI agent struck Usaamah three times in the chest. Usaamah died from his injuries.

Usaamah’s brother, Ibrahim Rahim, claimed on social media claiming the officers had shot his brother in the back in cold blood. After hearing this misinformation, authorities released video surveillance of the suspected domestic terrorist, in fact, armed and advancing towards officers before he was shot.

The video was shown to Darnell Williams of the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts, who agreed that the video footage showed the officers’ account of the situation was correct. Other leaders in the area, like Abdullah Faaruuq, would not admit that the shooting appeared justified, but did admit that it did not appear that Usaamah was following officer’s commands.

Florida: Cuban immigrant who ‘always strives to please Allah‘ and plotted jihad for ISIS, seeks plea deal to limit punishment

A Cuban-born man accused of supporting a foreign terrorist group by distributing propaganda videos on social media is being held in a Miami federal lockup, according to court records.

Jonathan Guerra Blanco, 23, who lives near Fort Myers, was denied bail and charged this past week in Miami with providing material support to ISIS, a spin-off of al-Qaida that has gained notoriety through its Middle East conflicts and decapitations of Western hostages. He was arrested in Miami in September while visiting an undercover FBI operative.

Guerra, a naturalized U.S. citizen who faces up to 20 years in prison on the single terrorism charge, has an arraignment set for Jan. 7. His defense attorney, Ana Davide, said Guerra plans to work out a plea deal with the prosecutors in the counter-terrorism section of the U.S. Attorney’s Office to limit his potential punishment.

“After reviewing the facts associated with this case and after numerous consultations with the government, we expect to resolve this matter in a manner most favorable to my client,” Davide told the Miami Herald Monday.

Over the past year, Guerra was swept up in an FBI undercover operation that targeted an ISIS suspect known as “Confederate A” who allegedly collaborated with him in producing promotional and recruitment videos that were distributed on the Islamist terrorist organization’s encrypted social platforms and networks, including “IMN1” and “IMN2,” a criminal affidavit says. Guerra’s alias was “Abu Zahraal-Andalusi.”

The propaganda videos, graphics and instructional guides were designed to “incite and equip primarily Spanish-speaking followers to conduct operational attacks in support of ISIS,” according to the FBI affidavit. He was considered what authorities call a “keyboard warrior” who uses internet expertise to drum up support for ISIS recruits and missions. He was targeting Spanish language countries in South America as well as Spain.

“While IMN1 and IMN2 focus on producing Spanish-translated ISIS media, they also coordinate translations into various other languages, including English, Dutch, French, German and lndonesian.”

Deploying three covert online employees and a confidential source, the FBI exchanged information with Guerra about his developing videos and related media material for the ISIS platforms. In their interactions, the affidavit says, Guerra held himself out as the head of one of the group’s networks, IMN1, tried to recruit the FBI’s online employees for contributing pro-ISIS content and revealed his actual name to one of them after initially identifying himself as “Stefan Smart.”

A year ago, after an ISIS sympathizer was arrested in Spain, Guerra sent one of the FBI online employees a network link to a graphic titled: “Jamas Nos Capturaras.” Translated: “You Will Never Capture Us,” an apparent reference to Guerra being free and operating IMN1. Guerra then released a video threatening terrorist attacks against the Spanish National Police and the country’s subway systems, according to the FBI affidavit. The pro-ISIS video, featuring Confederate A wearing a black mask and dark sunglasses, was widely reported in the Spanish media.

In February of this year, Guerra produced and distributed an ISIS video titled “Called to Islam” that featured a Spanish-language video “threatening non-believers to convert to Islam.” Among the video footage were shots of the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables and the Las Vegas Strip, along with clips of a suicide bomber’s farewell address and a prisoner execution.

Guerra also produced and released an instructional guide titled “Elabora una bomba en la cocina de tu Mama,’‘ which, translated, means “How to make a bomb in the kitchen of your mom.” It was previously published in the al-Qaida Arabian Peninsula magazine, Inspire, the FBI affidavit says.

In correspondence with one of the FBI online employees in June, Guerra said his ISIS network’s goal was to “make the word of Allah … the highest.”

In another communication the following month, Guerra said: “I always strive to please Allah. I don’t want to brag, but I dedicate my life to [jihad].”

According to the FBI affidavit, Guerra also sent $572 in cryptocurrency to support Confederate A’s missions for ISIS overseas. The money was sent in August from his relative’s account with an address in Lehigh Acres, where Guerra lived until his arrest.

Judge sentences St. Louis County woman for providing material support to terrorists

WASHINGTON – Sedina Unkic Hodzic, 41, of St. Louis County, Missouri, appeared today before U.S. District Court Judge Catherine D. Perry. Hodzic was sentenced to 48 months in prison for conspiring to provide material support to terrorists and providing material support to terrorists. Based on the offenses for which Hodzic was convicted she is subject to deportation and removal from the United States.

According to court documents, between May 2013 and continuing to February 5, 2015, Sedina Hodzic and her husband Ramiz Zijad Hodzic conspired with others to support the activities of Abdullah Ramo Pazara and others, including a conspiracy to commit outside the United States an act that would constitute the offense of murder or maiming if committed in the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States. Ramiz and Sedina Hodzic intended to and did provide support and resources to Pazara, knowing that they and their co-conspirators would use the support and resources in furtherance of their combat against Syrian government forces and others. The support consisted of money, which was used by her co-conspirators to purchase supplies such as U.S. military uniforms, rifle scopes, combat boots, tactical gear, clothing, firearms accessories, range finders, and other supplies useful to fighters engaged in combat in Syria and elsewhere.

Co-defendants Ramiz Zijad Hodzic, Nihad Rosic, Mediha Medy Salkicevic, Armin Harcevic and Jasminka Ramic were sentenced to 96, 96, 78, 66 and 36 months in prison, respectively.

The St. Louis Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Joint Terrorism Task Force, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), U.S. Postal Inspection Service, St. Louis Metropolitan and St. Louis County Police Departments investigated this case. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Matthew Drake and Kenneth Tihen of the Eastern District of Missouri and Trial Attorneys David Smith and Danielle Rosborough, of the Department of Justice’s Counterterrorism Section.

Sedina Unkic Hodzic, 39, could face 15 years in prison when sentenced in August, and will be removed from the country at the end of her prison term, according to court testimony Wednesday. Her plea agreement says that she and her husband, Ramiz Hodzic, shipped supplies to Abdullah Ramo Pazara and others in Syria, where he was fighting Syrian government forces.
Sedina Hodzic knew Pazara was engaging in deadly combat “with malice aforethought,” the plea says. Sedina Hodzic learned in 2014 that Pazara had died in combat.
Prosecutors have said Pazara bragged in Facebook messages to Hodzic and other supporters about killing prisoners, attending beheadings and buying a 16-year-old Yazidi slave.
Ramiz Hodzic pleaded guilty last month. Mediha Me dy Salkicevic, 38, of Schiller Park, Ill., pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge in March and admitted sending money via PayPal to Hodzic. Armin Harcevic pleaded guilty to the same charge in February.
Jasminka Ramic, 46, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of conspiracy in 2015, admitting that she supplied $700, first aid supplies and hot chocolate mix. She was sentenced to three years in prison and has already been released.
Nihad Rosic, of Utica, N.Y., has pleaded not guilty.

A federal appeals court has thrown out the 16-year prison sentence for a suburban Chicago man convicted in a terrorist bombing plot, saying the judge paid only “lip service” to the seriousness of the crime and overplayed the defendant’s immaturity at the time the FBI caught him in the sting.

The ruling Tuesday by the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals sends the case of Adel Daoud back to the district court for resentencing, marking yet another twist in an unusual terrorism case that began more than nine years ago when Daoud was just 17.

In addition to terrorism charges stemming from the plot to bomb the Cactus Bar & Grill, Daoud pleaded guilty to separate indictments accusing him of soliciting the murder of the undercover FBI agent at the center of the sting operation and attacking a fellow inmate with a jailhouse shank while awaiting trial in 2015.

Daoud, now 27, is being held at a federal prison facility in Kentucky and is currently scheduled for release in May 2026.

In its 26-page opinion, the appellate court wrote that in handing down the lenient sentence — which was less than half of the 40-year term requested by prosecutors — U.S. District Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman “sterilized Daoud’s offense conduct in ways that cannot be reconciled” with the facts.

The appellate panel wrote it was particularly puzzled by Coleman’s “general emphasis on Daoud’s awkwardness, goofiness and impressionability,” saying the record did not reflect that those character traits played a major role in his crimes.

“We do not see how social ineptitude could excuse repeated violent criminal behavior that reflected an extraordinary disregard for human life,” Judge Amy St. Eve wrote in the opinion, which was joined by Judges Kenneth Ripple and Michael Brennan.

In an emailed statement, Daoud’s attorney, Thomas Anthony Durkin, wrote the wrongheaded opinion slapped away the “sound discretion” of a good judge with an intimate knowledge of the defendant.

“In hindsight we should have tried these cases so the public could have seen the callousness and absurdity of the government’s tactics,” Durkin wrote.

Daoud, of Hillside, was 17 when he came under FBI scrutiny in 2011 while exchanging messages online about his hatred of the U.S. government and his desire to die a martyr.

FBI analysts posing as terrorists eventually got Daoud to meet with an undercover agent, who was purportedly their “cousin” interested in waging jihad.

Over several months, Daoud and the agent met a few times in the Chicago area to discuss potential targets for an attack, including movie theaters, a suburban mall and military recruiting centers, prosecutors alleged. Daoud’s handwritten notes he brought to one meeting made reference to a “big bomb.”

In one meeting in Villa Park in August 2012, Daoud allegedly told the agent he wanted to maximize the carnage so he would feel like he “accomplished something.”

“If it’s only like five, 10 people, I’m not gonna feel that good,” Daoud said in a recording that was played at his sentencing hearing. “I wanted something that’s … massive. I want something that’s gonna make it in the news like tonight.”

Daoud was arrested in an alley across from the Cactus Bar & Grill on Sept. 14, 2012, after he twice pressed the detonator to what he thought was a 1,000-pound car bomb he’d parked outside the crowded pub.

Two months after his arrest, Daoud was being held at the Kankakee County Jail when he offered to pay $20,000 to his cellmate to have fellow street gang members track down and murder the agent who’d deceived him, saying that “all spies must die,” according to prosecutors.

In May 2015, Daoud attacked a fellow inmate at the Metropolitan Correctional Center, using a toothbrush he’d fashioned into a shank to slash the victim while he slept in his cell, prosecutors said. Daoud was allegedly angry the inmate had previously drawn a picture of the Prophet Muhammad, which Daoud considered an insult to his religion.

In early hearings on the charges, Daoud was prone to frequent outbursts in court and once accused Coleman of being a reptilian overlord. The judge eventually found Daoud mentally unfit for trial and sent him to a federal facility for treatment. A year later, he was found to be rehabilitated.

In issuing her sentence in May 2019, Coleman chided both sides for infusing their arguments through the years with “hyperbole and hysteria” and said it was clear in many of the recorded conversations that Daoud was an “immature young man” who was easily egged on by the undercover agent.

“(Daoud) continued to do what teenage boys do, which is to talk big,” Coleman said. “He clearly stated he did not know how to build a bomb.”

But the 7th Circuit said in its opinion that Coleman had given “short shrift” to Daoud’s intentions. Not only was Daoud undeterred when the FBI offered him opportunities to call off the bombing, “the possibility of mass casualties excited and motivated (him),” the opinion stated.

“On one hand, the government could have supplied a smaller bomb,” the appellate court wrote. “On the other hand, the large bomb illustrates that Daoud had an apparently large appetite for mass carnage.”

South Florida ‘ISIS’ Imam: Christianity is the main problem in America; ‘Jews Behind All Corruption in the Earth’

Fadi Kablawi (Qablawi), head imam of the North Miami Islamic Center (NMIC) and FBI ‘person of interest,’ is a radical Muslim’s radical. His targets comprise of Jews, Christians, homosexuals, women, Hindus and Muslims, even his fellow radical Muslims. This past July, he made the claim that Jews are behind all the corruption on Earth. He did so, during one of his Friday khutbas (sermons), in front of his congregation, which includes young and impressionable children. At times, he draws large crowds. Will Kablawi’s dangerous rhetoric drive one or more of his followers to commit acts of violence? Has it already?

Fadi Yousef Kablawi, a.k.a. Abu Ubeidah, was born in Amman, Jordan, in 1978. At the age of 17, he moved to the US with his family. After finishing high school, Kablawi attended Florida International University (FIU) for his undergraduate studies and completed his doctoral degree in dental medicine, at the University of Pennsylvania, in 2005. Working alongside his wife, he had a thriving Miami dentistry, until August 2017, when he was arrested for allegedly using his business to overcharge his patients and commit Medicaid fraud. A video news report depicts a somber Kablawi handcuffed and sporting an orange jumpsuit, standing in front of Bond Court judge, Mindy Glazer, who happens to be Jewish.

Incorporated in September 2010, the North Miami Islamic Center (NMIC), a.k.a. Masjid As Sunnah An Nabawiyyah, is the brainchild of Kablawi. In fact, the mosque’s colorful logo bears the name of Kablawi’s former corporation, al-Tayyib, which is as well the mosque’s website address, altayyib.com. A children’s school, Reviver Academy, shares the identical North Miami location of the mosque. According to Kablawi, he created the school in order to provide a pure and unfiltered form of Islam for the kids. Photos and video footage from the school show the children using the same area of the mosque where Kablawi emits his hate speech.

Butchered in an “Atrocious Way”: Muslim Persecution of Christians, October 2020

The following are among the abuses Muslims inflicted on Christians throughout the month of October, 2020:

Slaughtered Christians and Terrorized Churches

France: On October 29, a Muslim man wielding a knife entered the Notre Dame Cathedral of Nice and, while shouting “Allahu Akbar [Allah is greater],” beheaded a Christian woman and stabbed two others to death. According to one report:

Married Nadine Devillers, 60, was the first person attacked by Tunisian knifeman Brahim Aoussaoui, 21, who slit her throat near the baptismal font. After he tried to decapitate Devillers [other reports state the beheading was complete], Aoussaoui hacked 54-year-old sacristan Vincent Loques to death as he prepared for the first Mass of the day. Brazilian-born Simone Barreto Silva, 44, was then stabbed multiple times but managed to escape the church, running to a nearby burger bar where she succumbed to her injuries. The mother-of-three’s last words to paramedics were: ‘Tell my children that I love them’. On arrival, French police shot Aoussaoui 14 times as he screamed ‘Allahu Akbar’ … a phrase he kept shouting even after being sedated and put into an ambulance.

According to an interview with his mother, the 21-year-old murderer had “start[ed] praying and taking his religion more seriously a few months ago.” A Koran and several extra knives were found in his possession after the attack.

Hours after the attack, police shot and killed another man, who was also shouting “Allahu Akbar,” while threatening passers-by with a handgun in Montfavet. And two weeks earlier in Paris, an 18-year-old Muslim beheaded a teacher, Samuel Paty, for showing a cartoon of Muhammad as part of a discussion of free speech and expression in class.

Discussing the recent church attack, Nice’s mayor, Christian Estrosi, said “Enough is enough. It’s time now for France to exonerate itself from the laws of peace in order to definitively wipe out Islamo-fascism from our territory.” France’s Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin said that France was “at war with Islamist extremism… an enemy that is both internal and external.”

Democratic Republic of Congo: On October 28, Islamic militants raided a village where they slaughtered at least 18 people “in an atrocious way,” and torched their church to the ground. “It really creates pain in our hearts, a total panic in the village,” said a local official. “We don’t know if tomorrow the ADF will come back here again.” ADF is an acronym for the Allied Democratic Forces, “an Islamist militant group” which has been terrorizing the Christian majority nation and slaughtering Christians for more than two decades.

Armenia: Armenian churches that have come under Azerbaijani control have been desecrated—despite promises from the authorities to protect them. In one instance, a soldier—unclear whether an Azeri or a jihadi mercenary from Syria or Iraq—was videotaped standing atop a church chapel, where the cross had been apparently broken off, and triumphantly shouting “Allahu Akbar!”

Days earlier, on October 8, the Azerbaijani forces shelled and destroyed Holy Savior, an iconic Armenian cathedral which was “consecrated in 1888 but was damaged during the March 1920 massacre of Armenians of the city by Azerbaijanis and experienced a decades-long decline.”

Syria: An unknown person hurled a grenade at an Armenian church in Hasakh; two people were injured. No group claimed the attack. Arguing that “Armenians have always been targeted in the region,” the report elaborates:

In November of 2019, Armenian priest Hanna Ibrahim, and his father Ibrahim Hanna Bido were shot and killed by sleeper-cells on their way from Hasakah to Deir al-Zor in order to restore the Armenian memorial church in Deir al-Zor… This is a clear example of extremists groups specifically targeting religious Armenian figures and sites. That being said, the recent conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan is likely to give added fuel to the fire when it comes to persecution of Armenians. Especially when you consider the claims that Turkish-backed Syrian rebel groups are being sent to Azerbaijan.

Austria: On October 29, a Muslim mob consisting of some 50 people entered and rioted inside a church in Vienna while screaming “Allahu Akbar.” Police acted fast and managed to disperse the crowd—much of which had gathered around the baptismal font and confessionals—and make some arrests. Discussing this incident, Integration Minister Susanne Raab remarked: “Parallel societies are the breeding ground for violence. We have to fight every form of extremism and Islamism right from the start in order to prevent it from getting worse. It is good that the police intervened….”

Two days later, on October 31, another Muslim man, a 25-year-old Afghan, stormed into St. Stephen’s Cathedral where he started to cry out “Islamist slogans.”
